Google Apps

* Be sure to enable Google services for your University NetID before using Google Drive or Apps. http://storagemigration.princeton.edu/request_google_account.php

Google Drive:

The Princeton University community (Undergraduates, Graduates, Faculty, Staff and Alumni) enjoys access to 1TB of free Google Drive storage.

To access your Princeton Google Drive account from a computer:
     • Install the Google Drive app for Windows | Mac
     • Log in using your Princeton NetID and University password

To access your Princeton Google Drive account from a mobile device:
     • Download the Google Drive app from the Apple app store or the Google Play Store
     • Log in using your Princeton NetID and University password

Your Princeton Google Drive account can also be accessed via a browser by going to and logging in with your Princeton University NetID and password.

 
Google Apps:

To access Google Apps from a computer:
Open a browser and navigate to https://docs.google.com and sign in with your Princeton University NetID and password. Next, click on the Google 3 line hamburger menu and select the Google App (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc…) you would like to use.

To access Google Apps from a mobile device:
Open the Apple app store or the Google play store from your mobile device. Install the Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc…) you would like on your device. Open the Apps and sign in using your Princeton University NetID and password.
